As part of our user acquisition strategy development for our projects, we are looking for a UA Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing traffic acquisition, as well as researching growth opportunities for our products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and monitor the effectiveness of traffic acquisition from various sources (Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), Applovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Seek out and test new hypotheses for optimizing advertising campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, prepare detailed reports, and perform research based on collected data.
- Actively collaborate with product and analytics teams to gain insights and solve issues related to traffic acquisition.
- Explore new growth opportunities for the product through creative analysis and collaborative discussions with the team.
- Continuously monitor trends and changes in the user acquisition field to stay ahead in a constantly competitive environment.
What We Expect from the Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the game development industry.
- Experience with traffic sources (Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), Applovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Snapchat). Experience with Mintegral, Vungle, and DSPs will be a plus.
- Experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
- English level no lower than B1.
- Proficiency in working with data in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience with BI systems (Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large volumes of data.
- Initiative and readiness to manage a large volume of tasks independently and monitor project performance.
- Ability to analyze and generate ideas for growth not only from a UA perspective but also in terms of product and creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
