Project Manager

We are developing our projects and planning to launch new ones - that's why we are looking for a strong Project Manager who will lead the team to success!

What you will be doing:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including:
  • monitoring project implementation plans and development deadlines;
  • coordinating team work;
  • task assignment and breakdown, scheduling, setting deadlines, status monitoring;
  • Working with check statuses, writing agendas, and follow-up activities;
  • Task management, risk management, and work optimization;
• Participating in team formation and maintaining organizational structure;
• Gathering project information and providing updates;

What we expect from the candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a PM in IT/GameDev. Experience in process building is particularly valuable;
• Proficiency in working with Jira/Asana;
• Ability to create clear and understandable documentation;
• Effective communication: the ability to define your goal, describe the problem and its solution, consider the interests of the entire team;
• Prioritization skills within the scope of overall game development;
• You are positive, demanding, and able to inspire the team;
• Possessing flexible thinking;
• Being initiative, excellent in time management;
• Critical thinking, able to make well-founded conclusions and implement results correctly to situations and problems;
• Willingness to continually develop your skills and become a master of your craft.
