PM

We are looking for an energetic Project Manager to help the Producer and the team create new hits. Your main mission is to create and maintain an efficient development environment, implementing and adapting the best methodologies and processes to help our product teams release even more hits!

What you will be doing:

• Tracking task statuses and monitoring their completion.
• Organizing effective communication within teams and coordinating feature development.
• Assisting leads in development planning (art, UI, backend).
• Synchronizing release plans with team leads and maintaining them.
• Resolving production conflicts related to refinements, deadlines, and processes.
• Conducting feature retrospectives to analyze and improve processes.
• Adapting and implementing effective processes (tracking, planning, pipelines) for new projects, creating a convenient workspace.
• Maintaining reports on shifts between teams and absences.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Successful experience as a PM for 1+ year in GameDev.
• Hybrid process building methods, leveraging agile methodologies, are desirable.
• Experience in building and optimizing team processes.
• Experience in task management: setting and monitoring tasks, risk management, skills in using a task tracker (Asana, Jira).
• Experience conducting retrospectives.
• Understanding of mobile game development principles and pipelines.
• Knowledge and understanding of key metrics (LTV, Retention, DAU, etc.).
• Gaming experience: user experience in any games.
• Effective communication: you can articulate your goal, describe a problem, and propose a solution.
• You know how to approach every team member.
• You motivate the team with your actions.
• You are proactive and excellent at time management.
