Head оf Analytics

We are in search of a Head of Analytics who will be a key player in the development of the company's analytics system. This person will take strategic control of the analytics team, optimize processes and implement a culture of proactive insight discovery. Your mission is to build a more efficient analytics system in the company to make our games even better!

What you will be doing:

• Audit all in-game analytics processes, including team architecture, communication, processes, tools, and more;
• Implementing changes and building a more effective analytics system;
• Formulating and testing hypotheses to improve the game;
• Managing the analytics team - prioritizing tasks, developing their skills and participating in team building;
• Coordinating interactions within the analytics team as well as with product teams and senior management;
• Developing a culture of proactively seeking insights and putting forward hypotheses to improve our products.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in Lead Analytics, Head of Analytics position in a product company (preferably in the gaming industry);
• Successful experience in building an analytics system and/or implementing tools, processes, approaches;
• Understanding of key project metrics and KPIs;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and reasoning;
• Ability to communicate your thoughts in an accessible and structured manner (teaching experience will be a plus);
• Strong communication skills: you are able to communicate effectively with team, product and top management, building transparent and trusting relationships.
