Game Designer

We are working on a PvP Arcade project that we’re confident will be our next hit! We are expanding the team and looking for a Game Designer to work closely with our Tech Lead and Producer. Your mission will be to create a high-quality player experience while driving product metrics and revenue.

What you will be doing:

  • Design game features and mechanics from initial concept to final polish.
  • Write clear and concise game design documentation.
  • Balance game economy, combat systems, and progression.
  • Work directly in Unity with configs, prefabs, and level design.
  • Design monetization systems and work with product analytics.
  • Collaborate with the producer, developers, and artists to ensure high-quality feature implementation.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • Experience as a Game Designer in Hybrid / Midcore games.
  • Proven track record of working on both core gameplay and meta-systems.
  • Proficiency in Unity (ability to independently set up configs or build levels in the engine).
  • Solid understanding of product analytics and key metrics.
  • Ability to decompose complex tasks and link mechanics to data.
  • Skill in creating mathematical balance models using spreadsheets.
  • Excellent soft skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
  • Readiness to take ownership of results at all stages of the project.

Bonus points:

  • Experience in setting up and analyzing LiveOps or A/B tests.
  • Strong gaming background and a broad perspective on the mobile market.
