Game Designer

We are working on an idle tycoon project, and we are confident it will be our next hit! Therefore, we are expanding our team and looking for a Game Designer who will work closely with the Producer. This person's global mission will be to develop a high-quality gaming experience and improve product metrics and revenue.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work on creating a tycoon game (mechanics, story, features).
  • Develop new mechanics and refine existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the Producer to form the project development plan.
  • Be responsible for writing project documentation.
  • Work on game balance and monetization.
  • Closely interact with programmers and artists, bringing features to final implementation, and providing quality feedback.
  • Analyze launch results, draw conclusions, and improve the game based on analytics.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Game Designer on mobile F2P projects (especially with genres involving mathematical progression in gameplay – e.g., idle/tycoon).
  • Understanding of Idle-economy principles, live-ops, progression, and monetization.
  • Ability to quickly and clearly describe functionality.
  • Readiness to work closely with the team and see mechanics through from idea to release.
  • Impeccable soft skills and a friendly attitude when working with colleagues.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience specifically with Idle or Tycoon projects.
  • Understanding and experience with product analytics and metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPPU).
  • Experience setting up and analyzing LiveOps or A/B tests.
  • Extensive playtime in the genre.
  • Familiarity with our games: Roadside Empire and My Aquapark.
