Game Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Game Designer to work on the core systems and content that define the main loop of an Idle game.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and improve the core loop of an Idle Tycoon game (mechanics, narrative, features)
  • Develop new mechanics and refine existing ones
  • Shape the department roadmap together with the cell lead
  • Collaborate closely with programmers and artists to bring features to final implementation, providing high-quality feedback
  • Work with game designers from other teams (balance, events) on cross-department features
  • Analyze feature launches, draw conclusions, and improve the game based on analytics
  • Launch and evaluate A/B tests for new functionality

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Game Designer on mobile F2P projects (casual/midcore/idle is a plus)
  • Understanding of Idle economies, progression systems, and monetization principles
  • Ability to quickly and clearly describe functionality
  • Willingness to work closely with the team and drive a mechanic from idea to release
  • Strong soft skills and a collaborative, positive attitude

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Idle or Tycoon projects
  • Knowledge of product analytics and metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPPU)
  • Experience setting up and analyzing LiveOps or A/B tests
  • A strong background as a player in the Idle genre
  • Familiarity with our games Roadside Empire and My Aquapark
