


We’re looking for an experienced Game Designer to work on the core systems and content that define the main loop of an Idle game.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and improve the core loop of an Idle Tycoon game (mechanics, narrative, features)
- Develop new mechanics and refine existing ones
- Shape the department roadmap together with the cell lead
- Collaborate closely with programmers and artists to bring features to final implementation, providing high-quality feedback
- Work with game designers from other teams (balance, events) on cross-department features
- Analyze feature launches, draw conclusions, and improve the game based on analytics
- Launch and evaluate A/B tests for new functionality
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Game Designer on mobile F2P projects (casual/midcore/idle is a plus)
- Understanding of Idle economies, progression systems, and monetization principles
- Ability to quickly and clearly describe functionality
- Willingness to work closely with the team and drive a mechanic from idea to release
- Strong soft skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Idle or Tycoon projects
- Knowledge of product analytics and metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPPU)
- Experience setting up and analyzing LiveOps or A/B tests
- A strong background as a player in the Idle genre
- Familiarity with our games Roadside Empire and My Aquapark
