Creative Producer Assistant

We are looking for a Creative Producer Assistant who will become an essential part of our team. If you’re an aspiring motion designer who has dabbled in animation but realized you enjoy being "behind the scenes"—helping organize processes and contributing to the improvement of creative concepts — this position is for you!

What you'll do:

• Conduct market research and analyze creatives;
• Detail tasks and concepts for motion designers;
• Provide feedback and support to motion designers — you'll act as an extra pair of eyes, helping to catch overlooked details and assist the team in executing tasks;
• Accept tasks, review resizes, and hand over creatives for further testing;
• Work with Asana and Miro boards.

What we expect from the candidate:

• At least 6 months of experience in motion design;
• Understanding of general design principles (color, composition, etc.);
• Experience with task management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.);
• Attention to detail and the ability to notice the small things;
• Ability to give constructive feedback based on objective criteria rather than personal preferences (this is about improving the result, not managing people);
• Desire to be part of the creative process with a focus on organization and technical support;
• Willingness to take on routine tasks while understanding their importance to the overall success of the projects.
