Creative Producer

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join our creative unit and become a strategic partner for the CMO. Your mission will be to audit current processes and the creative production team, align workflows with the CMO’s vision, and bring a new development plan to life.

We expect the Creative Producer to design the structure of the creative unit and launch updated processes that will help the team work more efficiently and deliver stronger results.

What you will be doing:

  • Research market and competitors, identify and prioritize trends and signals
  • Build the project’s creative strategy: define key directions and set priorities for the month/quarter
  • Run the monthly planning cycle and make sure designers always have briefs to work with
  • Hold retrospectives on UA signals, analyze metrics, and highlight trends
  • Run retrospectives on finished creatives, review performance and insights
  • Lead and participate in brainstorms and creative pitches
  • Adapt ideas and hypotheses to existing game mechanics and motivations in video creatives
  • Write scripts, create schemes and storyboards for new hypotheses
  • Develop and test your own ideas and hypotheses for creative growth
  • Brief and manage designers, artists, animators, and external partners
  • Oversee the full production cycle: feedback, revisions, deadlines
  • Help set up and optimize production processes and pipelines
  • Collaborate on ASO materials with the ASO team
  • Work closely with the UA team on cross-team projects
  • Partner with product teams on cross-team initiatives
  • Define and drive OKRs for the team on a quarterly/half-year basis

What we expect from the candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer
  • Solid understanding of marketing and UA metrics
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas, write briefs, and estimate timing at the script stage
  • Strong research skills: analyzing trends, spotting signals, prioritizing insights
  • Experience with creative strategy, task planning, and resource allocation
  • Ability to break down creatives into marketing components (hypothesis, hook, trigger, etc.)
  • Knowledge of game mechanics and player motivations
  • Strong ideation skills, ability to scale and evolve concepts
  • Experience iterating and refining creative concepts
  • Understanding of production pipelines (2D, 3D, playable ads)
  • Experience managing vendors: timelines, quality, revisions
  • Knowledge of brainstorming frameworks, facilitation and participation skills
  • Strong awareness of the creative market and trends
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, ability to manage risks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to find compromises
  • Decision-making skills and ownership mindset
  • Attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Basic hands-on skills in photo/video editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
