As part of the promotion strategy development for our projects, we are looking for an ASO Manager who will handle the full cycle of text and graphic optimization for our games in the stores.
What you will be doing:
- Developing ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies and implementing them
- Collecting and optimizing the semantic core
- Optimizing conversions, working with organic traffic and reach
- Developing and A/B testing metadata and creative concepts for the app store pages (description, icon, screenshots, videos) for all localizations, taking regional specifics into account
- Analyzing the effectiveness of ASO efforts, experiments conducted, and their iterative improvements
- Competitive analysis
- Understanding Google/App Store guidelines
- Managing reviews and ratings
- Working with stores regarding features and promotions
- Creating and maintaining reporting on data, changes, and experiments
- Interacting with the creative team, producers, user acquisition, analytics, etc.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in game development in a similar position for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of key tools and understanding of key performance indicators in App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and analytics systems
- Experience in formulating hypotheses for experiments and conducting A/B tests, followed by verifying the validity of their results
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of search algorithms in the App Store and Google Play
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Results-oriented mindset.
