Creative Producer


In our marketing creative team, we are looking for a Creative Producer to generate ideas and test new hypotheses.

The mission of this person will be to create a common vision of the team’s development and to set the final point in the team’s decisions and creatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Participation in the developing of the creative strategy and monitoring its compliance
  • Selection of the most priority tasks based on trends, team opinion, personal vision and creative strategy in general
  • Turning raw notes and dry ideas into a full documentation
  • Studying the market and competitors, conducting research and drawing conclusions
  • Developing ideas and setting technical specifications for commercials
  • Participation in the creation of the creative knowledge base, in the development of new tools
  • Conducting retrospective of already released videos, identifying strengths and weaknesses, applying the knowledge gained

What we expect from the candidate:

  • Understanding of the testing principles for creatives and basic performance metrics (share of voice, CTR, IPM, etc.)
  • UA work experience of at least 2 years or prior Motion Designer experience with an excellent understanding of UA work
  • Understanding the trends of the mobile game development market and trends in mobile advertising
  • Good communication skills and the ability to find a way out of any situation
  • Competent and understandable presentation of your thoughts
  • Adequate perception of criticism
  • System thinking, analytical skills
