Data Analyst (Marketing)


As a part of the strategy, we are looking for an Analyst. Our projects are actively growing, and for more effective marketing campaigns, we are building our BI.

The main mission of this person will be to help set up BI processes, organize data collection and subsequent analyses.

What you will be doing:

  • Vision formation for marketing analytics on several projects
  • Transformation of this vision into an effective marketing analytics department
  • Effectiveness analysis of User Acquisition
  • Working with predictive financial metrics (ROI, ARPPU, etc)
  • Designing dashboards for the company’s games
  • Analysis of trends in the mobile game market
  • Search for insights in historical data
  • Participation in the development of the BI system
  • Close interaction with the marketing and development team
  • Strategic and proactive provision of new ideas

What we expect from the candidate:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in Gamedev as a marketing analyst (UA analyst)
  • Good knowledge of SQL (analytical and statistical functions)
  • Understanding product and marketing metrics and attribution
  • Understanding statistics
  • Familiarity with the tools: Tableau, Adjust/Appsflyer, user acquisition ecosystem
  • Insatiable curiosity and desire to seek connections through data
  • Love of games
  • Result orientation, perseverance
  • English (reading tech. documentation)
  • •Desire to constantly improve your skill, help colleagues and share your knowledge

It will be a big advantage:

  • Knowledge of Python
  • Good understanding of attribution and evaluation of UA performance
  • Ability to work together with the UA team
  • Experience with hyper-casual games
